This is ridiculous, half year ago was Pensa the weakest paper armored ship and now I had to use my torps to survive! Luckily enemy was half-noob and took them, but even this player was able to took most of my HPs and I couldn't cause significant dmg to tier less ship, and my APs were just useless against not-100%-broadside paper ship! And pls, don's say me, that this is just bad luck, coz I had at least 10 games after 0.5.3 and It's really much worse. 2 times I haven't even chance to do anything to PENSA !!! - several almost-broadsides at short/medium range - 1500-2000 dmg MAX! Pensa had several salvos with HEs for more than 5000-6000 dmg (no chance on Hipster) and even her APs took several times more dmg than mine! Like salvo with 8600 dmg at my slightly angled side (far from free broadside). Something had to change, prior the patch I used to have many citadels every game (Roon already researched) and now it is absolute tragedy (last 10 games). APs are gummy, ricochets even from paper CLs like Pensa. After 0.5.3 I had no decent game with this ship.
